- Passports, birth and death certificates or other unique documentation
- Keys and other negotiable items of monetary or personal value
- Articles of exceptional value (works of art, precious stones, gold and silver)
- Antiques high in value
- Perishable goods, e.g. frozen or fresh food, and pharmaceutical products like vaccines
- Plants, flowers and seeds
- No more than one laptop computer per package. Each package may not contain more than one lithium battery which must be contained within the laptop.
- Televisions, LCD screens, plasma screens that are over 37"
- Projectors and digital displays
- Glass or any item that contains glass in part e.g. iPod and mobile phones or smartphones
- Ceramics, marble, china, stone or resin
